Customer Reviews
Always reliable for concerts
Another great experience, just like my last few orders. I got tickets for the rock and indie concert without any fuss. The process was smooth and familiar, and the digital tickets arrived in my inbox exactly when they said they would. It's why I keep coming back for my gig tickets; they're consistently dependable.
Smooth process for festival tickets
I bought tickets for a summer music festival through See Tickets and the whole experience was pretty streamlined. Ordering was straightforward; I navigated the site easily on my phone. I got the confirmation email right away. They also sent a reminder closer to the event, which was nice. I used the digital ticket option, and it scanned without any issues at the gate. I didn't need to contact support, so can't speak to that, but everything else worked as it should. No booking fee surprises either. Would definitely use them again for similar events.
Good value for theatre tickets
I was looking for a good deal on West End tickets and found a 2-for-1 offer through See Tickets. It made a huge difference to the cost for the immersive experience tickets I wanted. The booking fees were reasonable, and the overall price felt really fair for the seats we got. I compared it to a few other sites and this was definitely the best value. Glad I checked here first.
Fantastic experience!
I just bought tickets for a pop concert and it was so easy! The site was super user-friendly and I got through the booking process in no time. I can't wait for the show. I'm definitely going to use them again for future events and have already told my sister to check them out for her next festival tickets!
Easy ticket purchase
Bought tickets for a comedy show. Site was simple to use. Got my digital tickets fast. No problems at all.
Decent service, minor hiccup
I purchased tickets for a botanical garden event. The website was mostly straightforward, and I found the tickets I needed quickly. I liked that they offered a few different options for delivery. However, the confirmation email took a little longer than expected to arrive, which made me double-check my spam folder. Once it came through, everything was fine. The booking fees felt a bit steep for digital tickets, but that seems to be standard across most ticket sites now. Overall, a solid experience and I got to enjoy the gardens.
Fantastic experience, loved it!
I bought tickets for an immersive experience for my birthday and it was just wonderful! The site was so easy to use, I found exactly what I wanted right away. I opted for the digital tickets and they were super simple to download and use on my phone. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I'm already looking at what other events they have available. I had such a good time, and it was all thanks to how easy See Tickets made it to get there!
Quick and easy ticket purchase
Needed tickets for a last-minute West End show. The site was fast and I got my e-tickets immediately. No fuss, no problems. Made it to the show! Perfect.
Good for tickets, delivery so-so
I purchased tickets for a rock and indie concert recently, which was easy enough on their site. The prices were standard, no big surprises there. I appreciated the clear seating chart when I picked my spots. However, the physical tickets arrived a day later than the estimated delivery, which made me a bit nervous. Customer service was helpful when I called to check, but it was still a slight inconvenience. Overall, a solid experience for getting event tickets, but they could improve their shipping accuracy a little.
